  Sep 26,  · I have Windows XP. I have a problem with MS Office Enterprise not responding, and i need to uninstall it, but its not allowing me to. I went to Control Panel, Add/remove programs. I clicked on remove. It started to work, and then it stopped and said: "Microsoft Office Enterprise uninstall didn't complete successfully". Then I realized I should uninstall the Home and Student and the Enterprise versions I have. I did that and I still am receiving the message. Then I uninstalled all versions and reinstalled the new Office Pro Plus I bought and I still am receiving the message.
